Community Shares of Minnesota is proud to announce the addition of 14 new member organizations! As our 2016 fall campaign season kicks off, we are excited to be raising money on behalf of these outstanding nonprofits!

Animal Humane Society *
Established in 1878, Animal Humane Society has served Minnesota for more than 138 years with a mission to engage the hearts, hands and minds of the community to help animals.

ComMUSICation
ComMUSICation builds relationships among St. Paul Promise Neighborhood residents by utilizing community partners through an intensive afterschool youth development choral program encouraging family involvement and community engagement.

COMPAS
Through COMPAS programs, students, teens, older adults and other community members of all backgrounds and abilities come together to build confidence and creativity – and often realize they have more in common than they think.

Council on American-Islamic Relations, Minnesota (CAIR-MN)
The mission of CAIR-MN is to enhance the understanding of Islam, encourage dialogue, protect civil liberties, empower American Muslims, and build coalitions that promote justice and mutual understanding.

Hmong American Farmers Association
Hmong American Farmers Association advances the economic prosperity of Hmong farmers through strategic partnerships, capacity building, community engagement, and advocacy.

Inquilinxs Unidxs por Justicia
Inquilinxs Unidxs por Justicia brings Minneapolis tenants together to analyze problems occurring in their living situations and then organize around those problems to create affordable, dignified living spaces.

In Progress
In Progress is a digital arts and storytelling organization that supports youth, adult artists, and communities in creating stories that speak to the issues and opportunities they value.

Intermedia Arts
Intermedia Arts is Minnesota’s premiere multidisciplinary, multicultural arts organization. Their mission is to be a catalyst that builds understanding among people through art.

Latino Economic Development Center
Latino Economic Development Center strives to create a thriving multicultural community, enriched with Latino leadership, culture, and economic influence.

Little Brothers – Friends of the Elderly
Little Brothers – Friends of the Elderly is a national network of non-profit volunteer-based organizations committed to relieving isolation and loneliness among the elderly.

Minnesota Indian Women’s Sexual Assault Coalition
The Minnesota Indian Women’s Sexual Assault Coalition works to strengthen voices and build resources to create awareness and eliminate sexual violence against Indian women and children.

OutFront Minnesota Community Services
OutFront Minnesota Community Services provides education, training, community organizing, legal advocacy and services, and anti-violence advocacy and services to the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and allied community.

Planned Parenthood Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota *
Planned Parenthood Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota is passionate about providing sexual and reproductive health care, education and advocacy to women, men and families.

Reclaim!
Reclaim! works to increase access to mental and integrative health support so that queer and trans youth may reclaim their lives from oppression in all its forms.
